Are your products made in-house?

Our design and print work is made here at Sugar Press. We also work with external vendors and local paper suppliers for our paper goods. You can check out some of our collaborators here.

What paper options do you have?

We offer a plethora of paper textures and colors. We mainly work with Envelopments for our paper options.

Are your products customizable?

Yes, we can personalize and customize our products to your liking.

Do you provide shipping?

Yes, we provide shipping for Domestic (USA) orders. See the full shipping policy here.

Are you operating during COVID-19?

Yes, we are in full operation. You visit us T-F 10am-5pm and Sat 10am-2pm. You can also order online. We are taking all the needed precautions to ensure staff and customer safety.

Can items be returned?

All products that are not custom, can be returned and refunded if listed as so on the product page. However, personalized and customized items are non-refundable. See the full returns policy here.

How long does the process take?

After project approval, the creation process will take approximately 10 business days (may vary depending on the project).

When should I sent out invitations for my event?

Between 2-3 months (local) and 3-4 (out-of-state or international guests), depending on the guest list and event size. Specific details for your event can be provided upon contact with us.

When should event RSVPs be sent back?

We recommend 1 month before large-scale events. Specific details for your specific event can be provided upon contact with us.
