At Sugar Press, we take into consideration every element of your event in order to create an invitation that is the perfect complement. Because each custom design is completely unique, the pricing is unique as well and is done on a per project basis. Following your complementary consultation, we will email you within 2-4 business days with a pricing estimate outlining the invitation design discussed in your consultation.
However, we realize that budgets can fluctuate. Therefore, we are happy to make any changes to the estimate and offer up ways, if necessary, that you can save on your custom invitations by making small changes, without sacrificing design. Feel free to call and discuss, as we strive to make the estimates customizable as well!
Once you have had a chance to review and approve the estimate, let us know by phone or email and we will email you a PDF detail with your order. Before any design work can begin, we must receive a 50% deposit, payable by personal check or credit card. Final payment (plus any applicable tax and shipping charges) must be paid in full at the time your invitations are ready to go to print.
If you cancel your order before the printing/production of your invitations has begun, Sugar Press will retain the 50% deposit. If canceled after printing/production begins, Sugar Press will retain 100% of the order.
